This week I made a serious attempt to remedy my recent lack of exercise. Because it has been getting dark earlier, James and I have stopped jogging in the morning. That turned out to be a bad thing, since as we all know exercise is not only good for you physically, but also mentally. If you are experiencing stress, exercising helps make you feel better.
So this week every morning, I have been jumping on my mini-trampoline. Those of us who enjoyed jumping on our beds as little kids are destined to be amused by a mini-tramp I guess. I also rembered that our satellite TV has radio stations. Using the TV remote, I can flip to different music channels while I jump, which is sort of amusing. The lack of commercials on satellite radio is a fine thing I have to say.
Even though I’m in the midst of various nerdy projects, I also made time to improve my environment this week. Yes, I washed the dogs. Let’s just say it was time. A stinky canine is not nice. Four stinky canines is even less nice.
So all in all, it was a week of personal improvement for everyone.
